Diary of an Experimental Cook


As an experimental cook, I often cooked up a dish (pun intended) only to discover that it had been  tried and tested someplace else. Like the wise king Solomon pointed out, nothing new under the sun. Doesn’t disturb me sha, I still carry out these hopeful experiments such as blending dried fruits in egg and no baileys to add to fruit cakes which by the way, results in a perfect moister and sweeter cake that even non-fruit lovers would love.
